My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great for my needs, but some issues with the rooms and service were a bit frustrating. The dining experience was a mix of good and bad, and the facilities were decent overall.

The second room I was given was not clean and had issues with the toilet almost flooding the room. Requesting extra towels and pillows was a hassle, and there were only 2 cups for coffee each morning with no water in the fridge on the first night, which was disappointing.

Unfortunately, the staff seemed oblivious to the noise from other guests late at night despite complaints and came off as rather condescending. They were also rude when there was a mix up with our room.
